This project renewed a fire and smoke-damaged gallery space in a historical building at the heart of the art walk in Pioneer Square. It features a 16-foot tall art wall, visible from the ground floor and mezzanine. Arched windows have been restored for added natural light on the upper level. Occupying the floors above is a unique-in-the-world international fellowship program for fine art realists.
