Located in Seattle, Washington in the Pioneer Square historic and gallery district, the Occidental Fine Art Center offers the world’s foremost fellowship program for fine art realist painters, as well as workshops, and exhibitions in its ground floor 4,000 sq.ft. gallery.

The building was acquired by an art philanthropist after the historic building was damaged by fire. Our team supported strategic advising of the development of the fellowship program and renovated the gallery. Leveraging our experience as gallerists, we programmed the space and restored the historic character of the building by concealing mechanical equipment and restoring arched windows to provide natural light.

Our team was also tasked with curating exhibitions for the gallery that calls upon our expertise in this genre and network of local, national, and international artists.

The gallery opens to the public in November 2026.
